Dr. Alan Frischer earned his M.D. and MPH degrees from the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine.  He then completed Internship and Residency at UCLA.  He has practiced Internal Medicine in Downey ever since.  He is former chief of staff and former chief of medicine at Downey Regional Medical Center, and has received awards and recognition for his long-time dedication to the community of Downey.
